These Terms govern your use of Visa District and the services we provide. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Visa District is an independent, private application assistance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the UK government or any government body. You can apply for a UK ETA directly with the UK government at gov.uk for the government fee alone.
Our service
We help you prepare, review, and submit your UK ETA application. Our service fee is charged in addition to the UK government application fee. We submit applications within the timeframe shown at checkout (within 12 hours for standard, or within 2 hours where Priority Processing is purchased).
No guarantee of approval
The decision to grant or refuse an ETA is made solely by the UK Home Office. We cannot guarantee approval or a specific decision time. Priority Processing speeds up our submission only, not the government decision.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. We are not responsible for refusals, delays, or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
Fees and payment
All fees are shown at checkout and processed securely through Shopify. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed travel.
Intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by Visa District or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
