Visa District is a private application assistance service. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
Our refund guarantee
If we submit your UK ETA application and it is refused by the UK Home Office, we will refund 100% of our service fee. The UK government application fee is paid to the government and is non-refundable once an application has been submitted.
Before submission
If you have not yet provided the information we need to submit your application, you may request a full refund of your entire order at any time before submission by contacting us.
Priority processing
The Priority Processing add-on covers how quickly we review and submit your application. If we fail to submit within the stated priority timeframe, the priority fee is refundable. Priority does not affect the UK government decision time.
How to request a refund
Email us at care@visadistrict.com with your order number. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
What we cannot refund
- Government fees already paid to the UK Home Office on a submitted application.
- Service fees where a refusal resulted from false or inaccurate information provided by the applicant.
